Different types of Tenant Sign
Tenant Panels are common in business and industrial parks. The business park standardizes the signs with a sign program that includes address numbers, tenant panels and monument panels. The tenant panel are all standardized within the site, but there re variation from different sites
Tenant Panels
The panels can be of several types, the most common is a panel with a 1-2” side, blank on the surface. They mount in on an angle screwed into that on top and bottom. The flat face allows for vinyl signs. We also see many plates, that are flat with no side. These are held by a frame, either slide in from the side or the frame is screwed over the plate. There are other types, electrical illumination is sometimes seen. Letters and shapes directly applied to the wall is also seen.
The flat face allows for vinyl signs. The vinyl is normally cut vinyl, simple with the tenant’s name. In the past 10 years a lot of digitally printed vinyl is used. This allows for more complex designs and often photographs or several different colors or a fab from one color to another. An alternative to this is dimensional letters and shapes. This gives a dramatic look, with a depth and attracts more attention. Here is an example for Tensor ID
Signs for San Diego builds all types of panels. We can take an old panel and renew it, putting your name on the building or we can build a hundred for a total Business Park renewal.
